If your problem cannot be solved over the phone, they will dispatch a technician to your location. You can expect a tech to arrive in about 3.5 hours. ( Our Average Response Time )
Chances are that the technician who walks through your door will have 17 years experience. ( Our Average Tenure ) This ensures that your problem is handled right the first time.
Supporting our technicians are our award winning supply and parts departments with over $250,000.00 in inventory at all times. Also supporting our technicians are Product Specialists who specialize in High Volume, Color,and Information Technologies.
Speaking of I.T., at ACE we also have the Advanced Technology Group who specialize in any computer or netwotking related issues. These employees are certified in Microsoft,Macintosh, and Novell environments and have experience on a vast array of networking issues.
In the rare case that your equipment is down and cannot be repaired in a timely manner, ACE will provide a loaner free of charge to you within 24 hours.
